Our Strategic Framework

The College Strategic Framework is prioritised, focused and organised by our four strategic pillars:

College Board Directors

The College Board of Directors has been established by the Provincial of the Congregation of the Mission to assist the Vincentians with the good governance of the College. Importantly, the Board has the primary role of supporting the College Mission to provide excellence in education for boys, underpinned by the Vincentian values and supported by the Vincentian Philosophy of Education.

The work of the Board includes oversight of the governance of the College; initiatives and progress aligned to the College Strategic Plan and Framework; policy matters; finance, risk and various audit requirements. Importantly, a key aspect of the Board’s work is to oversee and support the work of the Head of College.

The Board meets six times per year, including a professional development day. The Finance Audit and Risk Committee and the Governance Committee meets five times per year.
